With the public consltation on the WSCC proposal to introduce a 20mph speed limit on many local roads & streets due to start in April, we have given the opportunity to Duncan Kay from 20's Plenty and Gavin Ross from the 20's Pointless oppostion to both make a brief case for their campaigns followed by a Q & A session !
